Processing time
Please allow 2-5 business days for processing, but during shop updates or holidays, it may take up to two weeks for your order to ship.

Where to find your tracking number?
If you selected tracked shipping ($5 shipping option) you will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships. If you did not select tracked shipping ($1.25 shipping option), your order was shipped as stamped letter mail and does not include tracking.
I put the wrong address! Can you help?
If you haven't received a shipping notification email yet, please contact me at hello@arianapadron.com with your order number and the correct address. If you have already received a shipping notification email, your order has already been shipped. I apologize but I can't do anything!
I put the wrong email? Can you help?
There is no way for me to update the email associated with an order, but I can manually email you your tracking number once your order ships. Please email me at hello@arianapadron.com with your order number (if you have it), or your full name so I can locate your order.
MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED, CAN YOU REFUND OR REPLACE IT?
If your order shipped with tracking more than two weeks ago and has not arrived, please email me at hello@arianapadron.com with your order number so I can help you out. I cannot refund or replace orders purchased without tracking.
