Shipping and Refunds
DAMAGES AND LOST PACKAGES
Please note that I cannot offer full refunds for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your package is lost and you selected untracked shipping, I cannot offer refunds or replacements. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
If you receive a tracking status that says your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office directly.
However, if your item is severely damaged due to shipping errors, please send me pictures of the damaged item at shop@arianapadron.com and I will do my best to help you out.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may request a cancelation at any time until your order is shipped. Orders cannot be canceled after you receive a shipping notification. After canceling your order, funds may appear in your account for up to 7 days.
REFUND POLICY
I am unable to provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for items that have been received in good condition. However, if there are any mistakes made on my end, such as sending the wrong item or missing an item from your order, please contact me at shop@arianapadron.com and I will work with you to resolve the issue!
